El objetivo de este trabajo preliminar es medir los efectos que produce en la paniculopatia-edemato-fibroesclerótica la energía ultrasónica de diferentes frecuencias (se utilizó un equipo SONOTHER 310 trabajando con 1 y 3 Mhz).

Los datos pre y post tratamiento se obtuvieron de la lectura de una placa temográfica de contacto de alta resolución ( THERMO-CELL-TEST. (Profesional RW 315), mediante la cual se constató el estadio en que se encontraba cada caso.

Sobre una casuística de 6 pacientes se formaron dos grupos. Grupo 1: recibió de ambas frecuencias con un tiempo de aplicación de ocho minutos con una intensidad de 2 W / Cm2; Grupo 2: se utilizaron ambas frecuencias con igual intensidad pero se varió el tiempo de aplicación (15 minutos) y la modalidad fue constante.

Como resultado de dichos procedimientos se encontraron diferencias significativas en cuanto al mejoramiento de la irrigación en la zona expuesta a tratamiento.

El paso próximo de nuestra investigación es verificar si el incremento del número de aplicaciones potencia los resultados obtenidos por el tratamiento de una sola aplicación.

OBJETIVE: The objetive of this preliminar work, is to analyze the effect of the ultrasound energy ( 1 and 3 Mhz, equiment SONOTHER ), in the treatmen of paniculopatia-edemato-fibroesclerotica.

METHOD AND MATERIAL: The data we obtained after treatmen were from the lecture of a high resolution contact thermograph plate (THERMO-CELL-TEST Professional RW 315 ) by wich, each level of the PEF was classified. We had worked with 6 rendomized patients in two groups.

1)- Received an application of each frequencies during 8 minutes with an intensity of 2 W/ cm2 in pulsate modality of 50 Hz. Per second. 2)- Same as treatmen as before was varied to 15 minutes each and the modality was constant.

RESULTS: As results of these procedure very significant differences were obtained in the irrigation data of the exposure zones that were traduced as colors in the termograph plate. The next step in our investigation will be verifity if the increment of the application session numbers boost the results.

TRATAMIENTO DE PACIENTES PSICÓTICOS MEDIANTE UNA TÉCNICA DE SENSIBILIZACIÓN CORPORAL

Este trabajo discute aspectos de una técnica de sensibilización corporal que viene empleándose, desde hace algunos años, con diversos tipos de pacientes.

Aquí se considera en especial su aplicación con pacientes psicóticos internados. Se describen la evolución y recursos técnicos utilizados en el tratamiento de una paciente esquizofrénica. Luego se tratan otros aspectos de la técnica desarrollada en un segundo tratamiento y se generalizan experiencias con otros pacientes psicóticos, en un intento de conceptualizar métodos, resultados y mecanismos de acción.

Finalmente se consideran las indicaciones de estas técnicas y los criterios para evaluar la marcha del proceso de conexión con el propio cuerpo.

This work deals with some aspect of a technique of corporal sensitization that has been used in the last years, with several kinds of patients.

It is specially taken into consideration, in application with psycotic hospitalizaed patiens. It is described the evolution and technical resources used in the treatment with a schizofrenic patient. Later on, it deals with other aspects of the technique developed in a second treatment; some experiences with other psychotic patients are generalized. This an attempt to make concepts os methods, results and mechanisms of action.

Finally, t is taken into account the indications of this technique and the criterion to evaluate the progress of the process on conection with the own body.

En esta nota queremos resumir las patologías dolorosas más frecuentemente tratadas.

Nos proponemos destacar que por ser un tratamiento no traumático, nuestros pacientes, por lo general, mo oponoen resistencia y hasta manifiestan relajación durante la sesión.

Por eso remarcamos el efecto analgésico, ya que en nuestros casos no median factores subjetivos por el método empleado.

The aime of this article is to convey the use of the laser therapy as a phisiotherapy method in Veterinary Medicine.

We will mention the most common painfull pathologies and pointout the fact, that being this treatment a non traumatic one, generaly our patients don`t reject it, and they even feel relaxed during the sesion.

We want to emphazise the importance of the analgesic effects, since in our cases the subjective factos doesn`t exists.
